Mr. Aspy has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and earned his JD from University of Tennessee College of Law in 1984. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985, the US Federal Court in 1988 and was certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1993.
