After more than three decades of practice that has seen him build a reputation as one of the most skilled and respected attorneys in the State of Florida, Neil Robertson is known as the attorney with a special affinity and understanding of the design professional’s needs. A graduate of Duke University, Mr. Robertson is a Certified Civil, County and Circuit Court Mediator and is a member of the International Association of Insurance Defense. His practice focuses on the areas of automobile liability, civil rights, employment law, insurance coverage, litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, products liability, construction litigation, and professional licenses.

Mr. Robertson’s extensive community service credentials include having served as Chair of The Leadership Florida Institute, as President of the Dade County Defense Bar and as Trustee for the Dade Heritage Trust.
