I've always used my corporate and real estate law experience for the benefit of my clients. When negotiation or mediation is the best solution for their interests, I want to provide it. - Phil Neuer
Newark, NJ (PRWEB) January 12, 2014
After nearly forty years of experience in the field of commercial real estate and corporate law and negotiation, dedication to educating the next generations of lawyers and mediators at some of the top schools in the country, and personal success with his law practice, Philip Neuer has turned his considerable talents back to mediation. Towards the goal of re-focusing on the “art of the deal,” he has announced his recent membership in Mediation.com.
“I've practiced in all areas of corporate and real estate law,” said Mr. Neuer, “and I've acquired invaluable experience in the process. I've always tried to give back in the form of passing that experience on to the youth coming up in this business, and I've also always used my experience for the benefit of my clients. When negotiation or mediation is the best solution for their interests, I want to provide it.”
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Neuer serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Safer Textiles Group and as an adjunct professor at both New York University and Rutgers Law School. He has also been a celebrated course leader and faculty member in a wide selection of courses offered by CoreNet Global, an international corporate real estate association dedicated to the professional development of its members as well as an instructor for NJCLE courses required to be completed by all New Jersey attorneys.
Mr. Neuer is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
