Indiana attorney and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) professional Ted Waggoner announces membership in the nation’s premier mediation community in bid to expand online presence and potential client base.

Ted Waggoner, attorney, mediation professional, and community leader, has announced his membership in one of the nation’s fastest-growing mediation community, Mediation.com. A managing partner at Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, Waggoner is a respected member of the Rochester community and a leading light in both legal and mediation circles.

Waggoner has been an active presenter for legal seminar presentations such as the Continuing Legal Educational seminars and presented at public sessions about Estate and Succession Planning for Ivy Tech Community College. He is alsoa contributing author in various ABA books such as "How to Capture and Keep Clients" and "Effectively Staffing Your Law Firm". With extensive experiences in handling disputes involving commercial, employment, insurance, personal injury, probate, real estate and wrongful death, Waggoner has been elected to the Indiana State Bar Association's General Practice "Hall of Fame" in 2006.

A graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Waggoner has served as an adjunct professor at the school, was a Trustee of Eureka College, and is active at First Christian Church, as well as the regional and national church organizations. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation, The Indiana State Bar Association and Indiana Bar Foundation, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
