For almost four decades, Richard Corbett has quietly built one of the most impressive and well-regarded professional reputations in the State of Massachusetts. With many years experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the courtroom and well over a decade resolving conflicts in conference rooms, Mr. Corbett recently announced his membership in leading national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) network, Mediation.com.

With one of the most diverse resumes in Massachusetts, Mr. Corbett is still active trying cases involving automobile torts, general liability and product liability, construction site accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, gas explosions, cases involving the Massachusetts Tort Claims Act and lead paint. He also has experience in bad faith claims and insurance coverage disputes.

A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Corbett is a certified trial advocacy instructor and a certified mediator with an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell. Recognized as an expert in the field, he has frequently lectured for the Massachusetts Bar Association, MATA, and the Boston Bar Association.
