Henry R. Seawell, IV has a wide variety of experience, including work with several pieces of complex litigation. He has expanded his practice to include mass torts and commercial litigation. Mass torts is a legal term where many people suffered or have been injured in different ways or form by the same product, such as pharmaceuticals, and which are individual cases that could be handled in a group but not in a class action.
Henry is the principal member of The Seawell Firm, LLC. The firm is dedicated to providing legal and advisory services to individuals and small businesses in need of estate planning, business management, litigation services, and business development. Other areas of practice include social security and disability, wills and trusts, and corporate and small business representation.

Henry practices law in all Alabama Courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2006. He is also a member of the Mobile, AL, State of Alabama, and American Bar Associations.
Henry gives his time and expertise to the local Volunteer Lawyer's Program, an organization designed to provide the indigent with access to high-quality pro bono representation. He lives in and is an active member of the Mobile community, making him familiar with the things that are most important to the people of Mobile.
