A celebrated citizen of her local community as well as a successful and intelligent leader in the Florida business community, professional neutral and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioner, Sherley Ceinor, recently announced membership in both leading ADR websites, Mediation.com and Arbitration.com. The move came as the result of an assessment of her online profile.

Sherley is the founder of Sunshine Dispute Resolution and has been assisting parties to resolve their issues since 2008. She uses effective negotiation techniques and tools in a non-adversarial atmosphere. As a professional neutral, she specializes in arbitration, negotiation, mediation and crisis negotiation involving family relationships (divorce, child custody, and child support disputes), real estate disputes including Homeowner Associations (HOAs), workplace disputes, and insurance claims.
A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Analysis, a Bachelor in Business Accounting. Sherley Ceinor is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Family Mediator as well as a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
She has volunteered her conflict resolution services at local charter schools as well as at Kids in Distress in Broward County, and she has also completed her internship for Family mediation at the 17th Judicial Circuit Court (Broward County) and 11th Judicial (Dade-County) (2012-2013). She is currently a Pro Bono County/Family Mediator with the 17th Judicial Circuit.
