Erwin J. Shustak has overseen hundreds of arbitrations and mediations in the more than 37 years he has practiced securities, finance and complex business litigation law. His experience includes representation for private and public companies, as well as government agencies, including the FDIC. He primarily handles cases involving securities and finance disputes and securities fraud; real estate transactions and disputes; breach of contract, unfair competition, employment disputes, and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Shustak and his firm have offices in San Diego, San Francisco and New York and his broad range of experience has been national in scope. Mr. Shustak is unique in San Diego, where his firm has its principal office. Mr. Shustak began his career working at the firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler in NYC and is now the managing partner of Shustak and Partners, P.C. He has handled over 1,000 cases in his career and has mediated, and successfully resolved many of those cases.
