Business Attorney and Alternative Dispute Resolution Professional Donna Greenspan Solomon Recertified as Appellate Specialist
Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) September 18, 2014 -- Certified Circuit, Appellate, and Family Mediator, and Qualified, FINRA-Approved Arbitrator Donna Greenspan Solomon is one of just two attorneys certified by The Florida Bar as both an Appellate Specialist and a Business Litigator. Donna recently cemented her status as an experienced and knowledgeable appellate attorney by her recertification as an Appellate Specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education (BLSE).
In its letter informing Donna of her achievement, the Board states “...you have, in the eyes of the Supreme Court of Florida, the distinction of having special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in your practice area, as well as character, ethics, and a reputation for professionalism in the practice of law.”
Asked to comment on the recertification, Donna said “I am truly honored to have been recertified by the BLSE as an Appellate Specialist. I have spent my career dedicated to not just the clients in my office, but the practice of law and mediation as a legacy of service and intellectual application. In addition to her appellate recertification, Donna was also recently added to the roster of qualified mediators in the Southern District Court of Florida Bankruptcy Court. As a member of this top-notch group of ADR professionals, Donna will now be able to serve as a mediator in adversary proceedings and contested matters in cases pending in the bankruptcy court.
Graduating number 1 in her class at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, Donna clerked for Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara J. Pariente at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, and was with the international law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge for twelve years before opening her own practice in 2011.
