Originally from Ecuador, Coach Nuñez is a former player on the ATP tour from 1974-80 who also played for Ecuador in the Davis Cup seven years in a row. After serving as the Director and Head Professional of the Harry Hopman International Tennis Academy in Largo, Florida, Coach Nuñez founded his own tennis training program. He has worked with many professional tennis players including Jim Courier, Andres Gomez, Peter McNamara, Mary Pearce, Michael Chang and Paul McNamee, just to name a few.
He has also used his unique and proven methods to assist in the athletic development of more than 35,000 children over the past twenty years. Nuñez Tennis Training offers after school tennis, tennis summer camp, a full time tennis academy, a high performance student program, and an adult training program.
