The Price Agency Continues Charity Event to Support Husband and Wife Tragically Injured in Car Accident Earlier This Year
Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) October 19, 2016 -- The Price Agency, an Alabama firm that provides insurance and financial planning services from offices headquartered in the Birmingham region, is extending the duration of a charity event that started earlier this year with the goal of providing assistance to Mary Ann and Kenneth Huie, a local married couple critically injured in an automobile accident.
In March of this year, Mary Ann and Kenneth were in a car crash with their children. Both husband and wife received severe injuries to their spine; Kenneth lost the use of his legs, and Mary Ann is paralyzed from the neck down. Unbelievably, all three of Kenneth and Mary Ann’s daughters who were in the car walked away unharmed, but the Huei family remains in desperate need of assistance during this tragic time.
“Due to their injuries, Ken and Mary Ann have been separated from their girls, and our goal is to continue working on their behalf until we can provide them with the resources they need to reunite their family,” says Breck Price, owner and acting director of the Price Agency.
The Price Agency team has already galvanized support for the Huei family by connecting with individuals and civic leaders throughout the Birmingham area over social media and email, and plans to expand this effort.
