Financial industry veteran Michael Meliniotis has officially announced the creation of The Melini Group.

The Melini Group works with organizations to align leadership and management development events to desired outcomes and goals. We specialize in behavioral change for groups and individuals by delivering training programs and classes, executive coaching, and team strategy or off-site support.

The Melini Group was founded by 20 year industry veteran Michael Meliniotis, who held various executive leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and most recently leading the Americas IT Learning and Development for Credit Suisse.

The Melini Group services for organizations include:

In addition to working with corporate clients The Melini Group will also be holding the first round of public courses designed for individuals in New York City this August.

The 1st course to be held on August 5th will be "Leadership Development for Managers" which will be case study focused and will aim to enhance existing and new managers skills around:

  • Gaining awareness of your team dynamic and how to orchestrate a high-performing team
  • Enabling collaboration at the individual-to-individual level and team-to-team
  • Adapting your leadership style to the situation being faced

The second course "Building Your Professional Brand" will take place on August 19th. This course will help individuals learn and develop lasting methods to create and drive their professional brand. Key development objectives of the course include:

  • Raising awareness of the components of a professional brand
  • Analyzing and exploring brand components in order to develop sustainable brand-building skills
  • Developing and practicing methods to demonstrate your brand at the executive level
