Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Adds “Deals Advantage” Discount Program to Member Benefits
Richmond, VA (PRWEB) September 19, 2013 -- Virginia Farm Bureau Federation (VAFB) members now have access to exclusive discounts at over 100,000 local and national retailers, thanks to a partnership between VAFB and Access Development, America’s largest supplier of private discount content.
The “Deals Advantage” program features members-only deals at local favorites throughout Virginia – including over 1,500 locations in Arlington, 500 in Newport News, 300 in Richmond and thousands more in communities across the state. The program also comes with the Deals Advantage mobile app, with thousands of “show your phone” coupons that can be accessed and redeemed on the go.
The program is available for free to VAFB members through the federation’s website.
“Deals Advantage was created based on member feedback, and we’re excited to be able to serve another important need they have – saving money,” VAFB President Wayne F. Prior says. “It gives our members a reason to engage with us on a daily basis, as well as help cover the cost of their memberships. It’s a win-win for all of us.”
The relationship with VAFB continues a recent trend for Access, who has also created member benefits partnerships with the Alabama Farmers Federation and several similar organizations nationwide. As these organizations support their members through political actions, insurance programs and other benefits, they also recognize the need to provide daily, tangible value to keep members engaged.
“Organizations like VAFB make a real difference in the lives of their members, but it’s sometimes difficult to communicate the value of advocacy on an everyday basis,” says Dave Cook, Access Development vice president of corporate sales. “Since statistics show that the majority of consumers look for deals before making a purchase, VAFB stands to benefit by giving their members access to local and national deals that they’ll use constantly.”
Access and VAFB will be promoting Deals Advantage at the Virginia State Fair, September 27 through October 6. Guests are welcome to stop by and learn more about the program and other membership benefits.
