Cigar 101 - Cigar How-to's from Cigar Advisor

There is definitely a correlation between one's appearance and his output on any given day. So this is all about maximizing your output, feeling confident, and ultimately, being more of a complete man.

Easton, PA (PRWEB) December 24, 2013

The all-new Cigar Advisor is an online cigar magazine that brings a fresh, irreverent, and down-to-earth perspective on all things cigars to thousands of smokers. In addition to educational cigar content and behind-the-scenes cigar industry articles from some of the business’s top names, Cigar Advisor delivers an array of content about a variety of topics of interest to people who enjoy the cigar lifestyle. The magazine also features cigar reviews and ratings submitted by real smokers, and much more. Cigar Advisor has just published a new supplemental article to their Lifestyle section, titled “Dress to Impress: Business Casual Done Right” Written as a style guide to the often-open concept of business casual dress codes, the article includes thoughts on the importance of caring about your appearance, as well as an outline of the pieces men should embrace (and avoid) to put business casual to work for them.

Cigar Advisor Executive Editor Lou Tenney says, "I have worked in some offices where guys have absolutely no sense of appropriate dress, and took "business casual" as an excuse to not have to change before heading out to the local sports bar. When it comes to dressing business casual, there are definitely some clear dos and do-nots."

Tenney writes that, "even if today's complete man isn't excessively coiffed, he knows that looking good feels good, and that feeling good inspires confidence."

The article goes on to break down business casual into three components: shirts, pants, and shoes. For each category, Tenney suggests options to keep men both comfortable and focused on the reason they're at the office in the first place: to be productive.

"There is definitely a correlation between one's appearance and his output on any given day," Tenney says, "so this is all about maximizing your output, feeling confident, and ultimately, being more of a complete man."
