Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) March 11, 2014
Deal Capital, (http://www.dealcapital.com) a growing middle-market M&A advisory firm for private companies, is seeking an experienced M&A advisor for its growing investment banking practice in the Salt Lake City market.
In the last 18 months, Deal Capital has experienced substantial growth across its several regions and in specific market sectors including technology, oil and gas and niche manufacturing. The growth now necessitates the addition of expert assistance with the addition of another Senior Director to the firm.
“Low interest rates, a booming stock market and high company valuations make for the perfect storm for mergers and acquisitions,” says Troy Jenkins, Manager of Client Strategy. “And, since there is a huge volume of capital floating in the economy, it’s a sellers’ market.”
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of several years experience sourcing and completing M&A deals, with a healthy track-record for working from start to finish on corporate transactions. He or she would bring their own experience and personal networks to the table for finding ample opportunities for moving the business forward. In short, the ideal candidate would have all the qualities of a successful rainmaker.
As a successful parent, Deal Capital will work directly with the new recruit and provide ample negotiation, technical and legal assistance, where needed, to ensure their own business in the Salt Lake market grows and is successful for years to come. “Our aim is to find a candidate able to run his or her own business and provide the operational support to help them grow in their position.”
