MIAMI Realtors Enhance South Florida’s Global Exposure at MIPIM in Cannes
MIAMI (PRWEB) March 04, 2019 -- The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) will once again have an expanded presence at the world’s largest real estate event, MIPIM, from March 12-15 in Cannes, France. For the second consecutive year, MIAMI will have its own expanded exhibit space (stand P-1.J62) in addition to sponsoring the National Association of Realtors (NAR) USA pavilion. MIAMI’s major presence at this elite event further enhances Miami and South Florida’s worldwide exposure.
MIAMI has exhibited at MIPIM for five consecutive years to promote South Florida real estate and MIAMI members. MIAMI, which also features Broward, Jupiter and Martin counties, will tout Miami’s position as a premier global city, work to attract more commercial and residential investment for South Florida and emphasize the advantages of doing business with MIAMI members.
“The MIAMI Realtors Showcase features South Florida as one of the world’s top destinations for business and investment,” MIAMI Chairman of the Board José María “Chepe” Serrano said. “Participating in the world’s No. 1 property event attracts investment that will generate real estate activity for our MIAMI members and result in economic expansion for years to come.”
For the second year, MIAMI will host a VIP reception in honor of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) and its worldwide chapters.
Six MIAMI leaders and two MIAMI executives will represent MIAMI at the MIPIM exhibit. Participating MIAMI leaders are: Chairman José María “Chepe” Serrano of New Miami Realty Corp.; 2018 Commercial President Brian Sharpe of Sharpe Properties Group; MIAMI Commercial President Jennifer Wollmann of EWM Realty International, 2019 Residential President Ines Hegedus-Garcia of Related/ISG International Realty, 2018 Residential President and 2020 Chairman Jorge L. Guerra, Jr. of Real Estate Sales Force and Broward-MIAMI President Jonathan Keith of Compass Florida, LLC.
MIAMI Chief Executive Officer Teresa King Kinney and Miami Chief of Communications & International Lynda Fernandez will also participate.
