As the new HR Leader of Green Lawn Fertilizing, LLC, Michael will oversee employee benefits, payroll, risk management, employee relations and all talent acquisition & development for both Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions.

Michael comes to Green Lawn Fertilizing with over 20 years of HR experience. He most recently was Corporate VP of Human Resources and Administration a large HVAC and plumbing company. Before that he spent over 14 years as VP of Human Resources for a leading food distribution company. At the food distribution company he provided HR leadership to a company which more than doubled in size during his tenure, which is something that is very likely to happen again with the growth trajectory that Green Lawn Fertilizing, LLC is currently experiencing.
Michael has a proven track record of building out successful HR teams and at Green Lawn Fertilizing he will be tasked with doing just that. The company has just recently hired two recruiters and is looking to add a HR / Payroll Manager to the mix. As the company continues to grow more new roles in HR will be created to support a growing staff.
Between Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions, Michael will be overseeing a plan of 80 new hires in 2019. Setting up that many new employees with everything they need for successful onboarding will be a significant task. Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions are currently hiring for multiple positions including lawn and pest technicians, sales, and customer service. Michael and team will be looking for top talent to fill those roles in order to execute on the company mission: to be the leader in the lawn and pest industry by providing a superior customer experience.
