Not only does the new location put Midwest Capital Funding within reach of these lending institutions, making it easier for them to work on their clients' behalf, it also makes the company more accessible to its clients.

Midwest Capital Funding, a commercial real estate finance firm based in the Midwest, is pleased to announce its upcoming relocation to new offices in January 2015. The move will see Midwest Capital Funding make its way to the Corporate Woods area of Kansas City, a large office park situated in a scenic location amongst a park and tall, mature trees.

The move comes with a number of advantages. The greatest of which is that Midwest Capital Funding’s new location, on the eighth floor of one of Corporate Woods' high rises, is in close proximity to many of the financial firms Midwest Capital Funding regularly works with on behalf of their clients.

Not only does the new location put Midwest Capital Funding within reach of these lending institutions, making it easier for them to work on their clients' behalf, it also makes the company more accessible to its clients.

"It's a great location and a readily accessible area in Kansas City for clients. The location of the office park in close proximity to Interstate 435 and Interstate 35 is ideal,” said Taylor W. Grace, managing partner at Midwest Capital Funding.

Speaking on Midwest Capital Funding’s unique approach to the industry and to the company's improved location, Grace says, "The Midwest isn't like the Northeast or the West Coast; owners tend to negotiate commercial real estate loans on their own vs. engaging a commercial mortgage broker – this, we believe, puts the owner at a disadvantage as they often do not have the time to research all the available options for their specific project. We aim to change this trend in the Midwest in the hopes of bringing the advantage back to the commercial real estate owner during the financing process.”
