The Law Office of Rollie R. Hanson, S.C. is pleased to announce that Milwaukee elder law attorney Rollie R. Hanson will present at the upcoming Elder Care Focus Group of Southeastern Wisconsin’s (ECFG) educational seminar.
The presentation entitled: “Your Life or Your Money: How to Spend Money with Confidence” will take place on Thursday, February 12 from 10:00 am until noon at the New Berlin Library located at 15105 West Library Lane, New Berlin, WI 53151.
The Elder Care Focus Group of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. strives to provide education and services to meet the needs of the elderly in Wisconsin. The organization holds monthly seminars to help provide solutions for the issues seniors face in today’s society. The seminars are free and open to the general public.
This month’s seminar will focus on the basic aspects of creating a retirement and cash flow plan. Milwaukee elder law attorney Rollie R. Hanson will center his presentation on the formation of an estate plan and he will discuss the various estate planning documents.
Hanson earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin (UW) Madison Law School and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota. He concentrates his legal practice on elder law, estate planning, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense and consumer law. He is an active member of numerous professional associations including: the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
