Alexandra Arko combines her creative insight, digital marketing background and legal experience to assist clients with managing and repairing their brand reputation through the removal of damaging and defamatory content on the internet. Upon graduating from law school, Alexandra ran a docket and conducted trials and hearings on behalf of the State of Ohio at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office - Juvenile Division. Prior to attending law school, she served as founder and CEO of a digital marketing, brand management and advertising firm.
Alexandra earned her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and her bachelor's degree from Ohio University. She also earned a certificate of fluency from Beijing Institute of Language and Culture.
With more than a decade of litigation experience, Nadeen Hayden assists individuals and entities in addressing internet defamation, harassment and privacy concerns. Prior to joining Minc Law, she practiced in one of Ohio's premier criminal defense firms, representing professionals, elected officials, executives and corporations being pursued by federal and state governments. She also served several years as a judicial staff attorney in Ohio's largest court, managing and resolving hundreds of cases. Nadeen's practice focuses on removing defamatory and false reviews, news articles and entire websites in order to safeguard her clients' careers and businesses.
Nadeen is a leader in the Cleveland professional and civic communities. She has served on the board of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and its charitable arm, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation. Nadeen was also one of the youngest attorneys to be invited to serve on the Executive Committee of the prestigious William K. Thomas American Inn of Court.
Nadeen graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Cleveland State University.
Brinton Resto applies his understanding of tech-savvy litigation techniques coupled with a deep understanding of how websites and courtrooms intersect in today's legal world to achieve successful results for his clients. Brinton's client base spans from large and small organizations to executives, professionals and individuals who need help removing damaging online content. Brinton earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a diploma in wine and law from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, and his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
