Four of Miranda Turbin’s Gluten-Free Recipes to Appear in Beckett Media’s New Go Gluten-Free Magazine

2/11/14 – Celebrated L.A.-based gluten-free baker and blogger Miranda Jade Turbin is contributing four of her popular recipes to Go Gluten-Free Magazine, a new, up-and-coming gluten-free magazine published by Beckett Media.

Launched in 2013, Go Gluten-Free is the latest gluten-free magazine to arrive on the market. The up-and-coming publication features an abundance of delicious, gluten-free recipes from notable gluten-free food bloggers including Elana Amsterdam, Naomi Robinson and Meg van der Kruik, for a total of more than a hundred recipes per issue, and provides informative articles on the gluten-free lifestyle written by certified nutritionists.

“I’ve been so impressed by this magazine,” Miranda Jade said. “It’s really an honor to have my recipes alongside others which have been contributed by some of the leading names in gluten-free cooking and baking!”

Miranda Jade was finally correctly diagnosed as a young adult with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis (DH), also known as the “gluten rash.” After her recovery on the gluten-free diet, Miranda Jade became passionate about helping the celiac and gluten-free community, and she developed a love for gluten-free and allergy-free baking.

“It’s always a pleasure to see publications like Go Gluten-Free achieving success,” Miranda Jade said. “The editor, Karen Wilhelmsen, is really dedicated to raising gluten-free awareness, and I’m so happy to contribute to that objective.”
