Baltimore-based entreQuest (eQ), a management consultancy firm with a focus on talent, is proud to announce that its Executive Vice President and Partner, Misti Aaronson, has been honored with The Daily Record’s 2014 Leading Women award.
The Daily Record’s Leading Women awards honor women who are 40 years of age or younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. A panel of business and legal professionals and a representative of The Daily Record selected the honorees based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to inspiring change.
Aaronson joined the eQ team in 2005. She has extensive experience leading and developing teams of all sizes across many different industries and provides company-wide leadership, strategy, operations, and management to eQ.

The Daily Record launched the Leading Women awards in 2010, at the 15th annual Maryland’s Top 100 Women celebration, to recognize the next generation of Maryland’s women leaders.
The 2014 Leading Women awards will be presented Dec. 4 at a reception and dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, 300 Light Street in Baltimore.
