New Mobile Recruitment Information Website Launches
London (PRWEB UK) 26 September 2013 -- A new mobile recruitment information website has been launched by Mike Taylor from Web Based Recruitment.
Taylor was the visionary behind the world’s first ever Mobile & Video in Recruitment Conference which took place exactly three years ago this week in September 2010 and has previously worked as an In-House Recruiter for IBM, Motorola and Nokia.
“A lot has changed in the world of mobile since September 2010 but unfortunately it hasn’t included the adoption of mobile by the majority of recruiting companies,” commented Taylor. "My personal view is that a lot of this is down to the lack of general awareness about mobile recruitment and the impact that not having a mobile presence can have on a company and its reputation.
For example, the ”What Users Want From Mobile” survey from Google in 2012 showed that not having a mobile-enabled website can damage a company’s reputation with 52% of visitors less likely to engage with a company and 48% feeling that the company simply didn’t care about them!”
Mobile Recruitment Website Content
The aim of the Mobile Recruitment website is to help educate recruiters about the latest mobile trends, success stories, case studies and mobile recruiting insights. These will be delivered by a combination of articles, webinars, guest interviews and training videos.
