I'll be using the hashtag #mileburn2014 and have a page set up at modhop.com that's got all my pics, tweets, instagrams and other posts from my round-the-world adventure.

If anyone is accustomed to a hectic travel schedule, it’s Jake Redman. As the founder of ModHop.com, Redman is used to spending days hopping from one international flight to the next, all so that he may share valuable travel secrets with travelers. This month, Redman will travel to new heights by sampling the first class offerings of four airlines in the span of a few days, as well as investigating domestic flights and a newly opened hotel in Japan. Says Redman, "It's a little daunting, but I'm excited for this trip and all the insider knowledge I'll be able to pass on."

Live coverage of Redman's trip will begin on Friday, November 7th with a British Airways first class suite outfitted with a wider lie-flat seat and luxury amenities, aboard a 777-300. Next, he will sample what Japan Airlines calls a “peaceful sanctuary”: first class suites that include plush, wide lie-flat seats, premium amenities, and tall dividers for privacy.

Redman's stay in Japan will include an "extra legroom seat" aboard a Jetstar Japan A320, which is a slight upgrade to an economy seat with added legroom. Then, he will sample a Premium Economy seat aboard a Skymark Airlines A330-300. He will also spend a night in a room on a premium floor at the month-old "Royal Park Hotel THE Haneda" in Tokyo. Later flights in this trip include a Cathay Pacific flight, to sample the airline’s award-winning first class cabin, and a trip with American Airline's new Transcontinental offering from Los Angeles to New York.

Concludes Redman, "I'll be using the hashtag #mileburn2014 and have a page set up at modhop.com
that's got all my pics, tweets, instagrams and other posts from my round-the-world adventure." Travelers of all sorts are sure to follow Redman's journey, which is sure to be as exciting as it is informative.
