Check out Monster Energy’s video featuring highlights straight from the World-renowned Tampa Pro where the best skateboarders in the world battled it out to earn the top two non-SLS pros spots into the elite SLS Nike SB World Tour athlete lineup, and the overall first place winner of Tampa Pro claimed the highly coveted Monster Energy Golden Ticket – an express pass straight to the 2015 SLS Nike SB Super Crown World Championship.
The Skatepark of Tampa is a Skateboarding institution. The elite Skate Park of Tampa's (SPoT) current state of competitive skating and level of talent in the contests they host aligns perfectly with Street League Skateboarding's world tour.
Monster Energy’s Curren Caples, Chris Cole, Shane O’Neill, Ishod Wair, and Nyjah Huston all skate the SPoT in their own way. Whether its Caples flowing around the course like he’s riding sets of waves with handrails in the middle or Cole with his endless barrage of tricks, the crew puts it down in Tampa. Congratulations to O’Neill and Wair on winning Golden Tickets and Huston on his hard fought 2nd place finish to Luan Oliveira.
