Schultz, who is among a number of strategic hires the firm has made in recent months, brings more than 20 years of Big Four accounting, industry, consulting, and regulatory experience.
“Leigh Ann is a dynamic market leader, and I am thrilled to welcome her to our team,” said C.E. “I am honored and excited to join MorganFranklin Consulting, which I have admired in the marketplace. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping clients solve complex, high-impact challenges. The opportunity to do that with such diverse and proven experts is exactly what I was looking for at this point in my career,” Schultz said.
Schultz’s areas of expertise include forensic accounting, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), corporate investigations, litigation support, SEC reporting and compliance, financial analysis and reporting, due diligence, valuation, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), financial modeling, regulatory compliance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), turnaround and restructuring, and acquisition integration.
