We are excited to now serve our guests brunch and unveil our revitalized menu in honor of spring. We have a great demand for brunch; our guests have been asking since we opened when will we offer it.

As of April 1, Fine Palate will be serving brunch, as well as launching a spring menu. “We are excited to now serve our guests brunch and unveil our revitalized menu in honor of spring,” said Courtney Dow, owner of Fine Palate. “We have a great demand for brunch; our guests have been asking since we opened when will we offer it.”

Fine Palate, a leading relaxed dining restaurant, will be serving white asparagus from Austria, morel mushrooms, exotic seasonal fruits and vegetables locally foraged, and from around the globe, crawfish from Louisiana, spring lamb and buffalo on its new menu. It will also be adding specific items for lunch and brunch, such as a house-made, dry-aged burger with burgundy black truffles.

Additionally, for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, Fine Palate will be showcasing a special one-day-only menu. The Mother’s Day menu will feature exotic blue lobster flan with coconut curry, holy basil and spring peas; risotto with wild mushrooms and asparagus; hamachi crudo with yuzu avocado and heirloom tomato gazpacho; spring hen, tenderloin of Piedmontese beef, vegetarian options and much more.

“The Mother’s Day menu will be available to all,” said Dow. “We will also have specific menus for Easter and Passover. But whatever the menu, our chefs bring a superior level of creativity, flavor and flare.”
