The Merlien Institute announces the launch of its MRMW Awards 2015

The Merlien Institute announced today that the inaugural MRMW Awards are now open for submissions.The MRMW Awards are a celebration of innovation and excellence in the market research industry and recognition of the hard work of individuals who have achieved significant breakthroughs in mobile market research.

The MRMW awards are a celebration of innovation and excellence in the market research industry.

The Merlien Institute announced today that the inaugural MRMW Awards are now open for submissions. The MRMW awards are a celebration of innovation and excellence in the Market Research Industry and recognition of the hard work of individuals who have achieved significant breakthroughs in mobile market research. The call for submissions is open until February 10th 2015. Winners will be announced during the MRMW North America conference Gala dinner on May 19th 2015 in New York.

Judging the submissions will be an international panel comprised of multinational clients, respected thought leaders in the field of market research and MRMW Advisory Board members. Winners will be chosen based on the judges combined vote, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.

The MRMW Awards consist of 7 categories and participation is by nomination or submission, depending on the category. Details of this year’s award categories are as follows:

Mobile Researcher of the Year Award:
The “Oscar” for market research. It recognizes client-side researchers who have driven the industry by embracing and adopting mobile market research in their organisation.

Mobile Research Company of the Year Award:
Recognizes companies that have demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing mobile research for clients. This can be an outstanding individual project or based on a portfolio of research projects.

Best New Technology Award:
Recognizes proprietary new technology that has disrupted the traditional market research paradigm. Winners are selected based on how the new technology answers a particular challenge in a market research project.

Best Use of Mobile Technology Award:
Recognizes innovative use of mobile technology for market research. This can be an innovative new use of existing technology or the introduction of a new mobile technology to market research.

Best Mobile QUAL Award:
Showcases and promotes excellence in mobile qualitative research. The entries are judged on the research design, execution of the project as well as the research outcome for clients’ business objectives.

Best Mobile QUANT Award:
Promotes and recognizes excellence in mobile quantitative research. The entries are judged on the research design, execution of the project as well as the outcome for clients’ business objectives.

Best Client-Supplier Collaboration Award:
Given to companies that can show excellence between client and research supplier collaboration. Both clients and research suppliers can submit entries.

The MRMW Awards 2015 are open to anyone working in the market research industry and submissions may be entered online. Entries will close on February 10th 2015 and the shortlisted nominees for each category will be announced on March 10th, 2015 on MRMW website.
