MCAads.com, LLC, (http://www.mcaads.com), an award-winning, full-service advertising agency, has acquired Russell Johns Associates, a nationally known publishing rep firm. Both are based in the Bay area.
Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed. The sale was effective as of March 6.
MCAads.com, LLC—part of a decades-old media group made up of My Classified Ads, Print & Radio, Media Mix Power and Blaire.co—was co-founded by Blaire Fanning, who has built a reputation as a savvy media professional who gets results; now she’s expanded her firm’s reach even further by the acquisition of RJA—with Russell Johns now a DBA of MCAads.com.

A 1982 graduate of Rockford College, IL, Fanning has earned top awards for advertising marketing programs in sales and media development.

The newly acquired Russell Johns Associates has been around since 1968. Among its clients are USA Today, American Family Physician and the National Enquirer.
