After three years of working successfully with Albertsons stores in the Southern and Southwest divisions, ICC/Decision Services has expanded its customer satisfaction survey and mystery shopping programs across all Albertson's LLC stores, it was announced recently by David Rich, President & CEO.
ICC/Decision Services has worked with Albertson’s LLC since June 2010 in measuring the in-store customer experience – customer satisfaction being a key metric in positive daily sales.
