With sustained growth in its business, nParallel has hired three new full-time employees. nParallel is a full-service agency that designs and builds exhibits, fixtures and displays that market corporate brands in tradeshow, retail and corporate environments. The additions to its personnel roster include: Tiffany Brace, business development executive; Jennifer Dobbs, marketing coordinator; and Diana Gendy, project manager.
“As a growing number of companies select nParallel to present their brands and products, we can offer career opportunities for individuals who share our passion for brand expression and our commitment to top-notch client support,” said Megan Diamond, president, nParallel.
“We enjoy enduring relationships with our clients because of our employees’ talent, experience and dedication,” said Don Gonse, executive vice president, nParallel. “At every step of the way — from initial conversations about their challenges to creative design to fabrication and fulfillment — our employees make the difference in the success of our clients’ tradeshow and retail programs.”
As business development executive, Tiffany Brace is responsible for ensuring that nParallel develops an in-depth understanding of prospective clients’ goals and requirements. Brace holds a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colo. She joined nParallel from Staples Advantage. Her previous experience also includes account management at Best Buy for Business.
As marketing coordinator, Jennifer Dobbs manages the agency’s marketing efforts and social media accounts. Dobbs earned a bachelor’s of science degree in business with a concentration in marketing at the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Before joining nParallel, she was an account executive with the Sinclair Broadcast Group, St. Paul, Minn. and manager of business development and marketing assistant for Sauce Hockey, Tempe, Ariz.
As project manager, Diana Gendy ensures that nParallel fulfills clients’ exhibit and fixture requirements while keeping projects on time and on budget. Gandy has a degree in architectural science with a specialty in project management from Ryerson University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Previously, she was a project manager at Aaron Carlson Corporation, Minneapolis, Minn.
Marketers and retailers know that exhibits, displays and fixtures establish their brand experience, engage customers, and energize sales – if they are designed with imagination, skillfully crafted, and managed intelligently. Too often, unfocused planning, uneven execution and unexpected costs squeeze the creative spark out of their most compelling concepts. Their alternative is nParallel, the full-service agency that creates, crafts and takes charge of exhibits, displays and fixtures designed to communicate brands. Whether the venue for connecting with customers is a show, a store or a headquarters, the pros at nParallel fulfill the big-picture vision with a sharp eye focused on the small details of disciplined production and meticulous program management.
