NAMMBA Northern Virginia Chapter Partners With Home123 Launching Innovative Benefit for Members

Newly elected president, Raquel Borras, recently launched the Northern Virginia Chapter with members from local mortgage lenders, title companies and other service providers. Ms. Borras conveys, “Our chapter organization was started with dedicated visionaries who want to empower each other with tools to grow professionally as well as personally. We have seen a changing diversity landscape that speaks to enormous market potential. My goal is to empower our members with education, networking and tools to drive market growth.”
Ms. Borras possesses an extensive background suited for the role as president of NAMMBA Northern Virginia as she is also leading multi-cultural mortgage lending business development for First Home Mortgage Corporation, a top-50 US mortgage lender.
Ms. Borras states, “Our local DC Metro housing market is extremely challenged with low housing supply and lots of competition for new purchase transactions. One of the common business goals for our NAMMBA chapter is to find ways to better serve homebuyer needs.
