Hotel Management Company Naples Hotel Group Takes Holiday Inn Express & Suites to Top Spot for Guest Services in Orlando, FL Market

In less than a year, the Naples Hotel Group has taken the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Orlando, Florida from near the bottom in Guest Service scores to the top spot for both its brand and market.

The Naples Hotel Group, a leading owner, operator and hotel management company that manages a combination of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Wyndham Limited and Select Service hotels, announced today that it has taken the Holiday Inn Express & Suites to the top spot for Guest Services in the Orlando, Florida market.    

The Naples Hotel Group took over management of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in August 2012, at which time the hotel was at the bottom of the market with respect to Guest Services and Quality of Stay. Less than a year later, it now scores at the top for both its brand and its market.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites, which is located at 238 South Line Drive, Apopka, Florida, is the third hotel in the last year at which the Naples Hotel Group has managed to increase Guest Services scores to the top of its brand and market.
