She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. “I believe that people are the most valuable asset of a company,” said Lorena Lee, who has been in international human resources management for more than 25 years. Her experience includes all aspects of human resources including compliance, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and labor relations.
Over the years, Ms. Lee has acquired an impressive resume of experience with Daimler, a world leader in car, truck and bus manufacturing. Her mastery of Spanish and English facilitated her rise within the Daimler empire when she joined the company as a Compensation Manager for its manufacturing arm in Mexico. Currently, Ms. Lee plays a dual role for Daimler as a Labor Relations Specialist for Thomas Built Buses and also holds the title of International Assignments for the company in Stuttgart, Germany.
