She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. “I’m a Retail Assistant Store Manager turned Human Resources VP,” said Ashley Allard, who is now guiding and managing the overall provision of Myriad Engineering’s Human Resources services, policies and programs. When she applied for a Manager Trainee position at Kohl’s department store, she knew it would be an excellent career opportunity.
In her position, Ms. Allard learned how to operate a business from the ground up, giving her a strong foundation for her business aspirations. After her initial training was complete, Ms. Allard took on the role of Assistant Store Manager of Apparel / Accessories until joining Myriad Engineering as its VP of Human Resources / Marketing. In her current role, Ms. Allard manages the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs.
