Also an Avon Representative, Mrs. Smith provides products and gifts that help clients look and feel their best. She also mentors a team of 21 representatives and guides them as they grow their own Avon businesses. Highly successful in this leadership role, she has achieved Honor Society Level based on 2014 sales (and the previous five years) and plans to continue to grow in this area. She has been at President's Club performance level for 10 of her 11 years as an Avon Representative.
