The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Aline Kasliner as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in the sports and recreation industry. With more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

“I’m pleased to recognize Aline with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Aline Kasliner began her career in marketing at Caesars Entertainment. Although a position in marketing was not her first choice coming out of college, it was Ms. Kasliner’s first compelling offer. It took less than a week for her to realize she did not want to do anything else. Ms. Kasliner was surrounded by a team who inspired her daily to grow and learn. Ms. Kasliner has been with Billy Casper Golf for just over a year, and uses the experience and knowledge she has gained as she performs her responsibilities that range from segmentation to digital campaigns. Today, her expertise includes developing team leadership, time management, problem solving, project management, stakeholder management and consulting. By combining all of these skills, Ms. Kasliner is able to drive not only her team, but the business, to revenue success.

Ms. Kasliner continues to grow in her field and many of the innovations she has brought to Billy Casper Golf are new to the field. “It is so exciting to be a part of the first steps in new areas of an industry,” she said. She was awarded the Golden Eagle Award for her outreach work with American Military University. Passionate about many causes, she now has her company involved as well. Billy Casper Golf’s corporate office donated 50 wreaths to Wreaths Across America last year, and participated in Light It Up Blue for Autism Awareness Month in April.
