The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Melanie Reynolds as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in accounting. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Melanie Reynolds is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Reynolds works as the Accounts Payable Representative at Niacc-Avitech Techologies, which specializes in maintenance and repair operations for the larger HEICO Repair Group. The company also supplies electrical stators, rotors and harnesses for electrical operations.

Prior to her career with Niacc-Avitech Technologies, Ms. Reynolds worked in the city of Clovis, CA, Unified School District, as both a Substitute Teacher and an Aide for Special Education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from San Jose State University. In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Reynolds supports the charitable organizations Via De Cristo and Mighty Moms.

For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching her position with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Reynolds is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
