National Association of Professional Women Inducts Linda Walker, President of Walker Professional Services, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Ms. Walker’s professional title is President of Walker Professional Services. Her skills and areas of expertise include administration, project management, economic and community development, and program funding. “As an expert in administrative practices, I have developed the ability to map out processes using the LEAN model adapted from the Toyota Kata, analyze and streamline,” she said.
Aside from her career, Ms. Walker is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Eastern Oregon University in Integrated Studies with minors in Anthropology, Sociology and Communications. She would then like to further her education with a Master’s in Public Administration. “This ties in directly to my passion for humanity and its well-being,” she said. “My world view is that we are a global community and everyone is part of this community. Through this, I hope to develop my business to help improve those businesses and organizations that help people.”
Ms. Walker is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care. She is also an active member of Women Ending Hunger with the Marion Polk Food Share and recently joined Checkered Past MMA Outreach as a board member.
