The National Association of Professional Women honors Debra L. Ebling as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Ebling is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in Business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

Debra Ebling, who has a Certificate of Business from Dickinson College, has been a key player for leaders of industry for more than 25 years. She was entrusted with numerous responsibilities during her tenure at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, ABS Leasing, Dataco DeRex Inc., Danka Office Imaging and Midwest Technology Connection, including office management, contract administration, human resource functions and vendor sales.

“Recently I started my own home-based business with Arbonne,” says Ms. Ebling, a Sales Consultant. The Switzerland-based company offers a large variety of items, from weight loss products to candles and bath oils, with a primary focus on skincare and cosmetics. Ms. Ebling is also an Account Manager for Midwest Technology Connection.

For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching business with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Ebling is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
