National Association of Professional Women Inducts Laura Warren, A.I.A., Principal/President, The Warren Group Architects, Into VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. For more than three decades, Laura Warren has had a lasting impact on the design and construction industry in the U.S., Mexico and South America. Using the skills and expertise she has honed throughout her successful career, she provides unique, solution-based design concepts for a large variety of projects, including airports, small businesses and large corporations.
Born in Mexico, Ms. Warren was inspired by her hard-working, successful and philanthropically inclined parents. Despite being discouraged by some about working in the male-dominated eld of architecture, she pursued her dream, graduated with a degree in architecture (top honors) and co-founded A+A Architects in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. After eventually moving to the U.S., in 2004, Ms. Warren founded The Warren Group Architects, Inc.
Today, as Principal and President of the McAllen, TX-based company, Ms. Warren oversees and mentors a staff of highly skilled architects and designers as they provide comprehensive architectural services such as master planning, site nding and design, programming, international project management, building and site assessments, and sustainable LEED Certi ed design and interiors. Never forgetting what she learned about the importance of giving back to the community from her parents, Ms. Warren offers ongoing support of a number of local and national charities.
