National Association of Professional Women Inducts Esther J. Thompson, Owner/Founder of Rays of Joy Homemade Crafts, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Esther J. Thomspson selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I’m pleased to recognize Esther with this important honor. Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Esther J. Thompson as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Esther with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Esther J. Thompson’s skills and areas of expertise include artistic design, the creative process and the unique products that give clients an identity all their own. Her professional title is owner/founder at Rays of Joy Homemade Crafts, which specializes in unique custom creations. Ms. Thompson received her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare administration from Utah Valley University.

With hobbies and interests including arts, design, creative endeavors and public relations, Ms. Thompson is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as her local Farmer’s Market, which opened in June 2015. As President of this project, she hopes to bring community leaders together and create a venue for local businesses to engage with the public and local artisans.
