The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Dianne Wright as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Diane Wright is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Wright is the Administrator at Wrights Residential Care, an assisted living facility in Lyman, SC. A Licensed Practical Nurse, she uses her skills in nursing to provide basic patient care and comfort to all of her residents. Ms. Wright is also experienced in conflict resolution and uses her extensive knowledge as she oversees situations where conflicts may arise to diffuse disagreements and offer solutions for all involved.

To ensure she stays on top of the latest developments in running an assisted living facility, Ms. Wright is an active member of the South Carolina Association of Residential Care Homes. The nonprofit organization provides members with advocacy, education and resources. As for the future, Ms. Wright plans to return to school to obtain her RN license and hopes to train her daughter to eventually run Wrights Residential Care.
