The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Thelma Nathanson as a 2016-2017 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Thelma Nathanson is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Nathanson founded Rumple Buddies with partner Maria Zipf in response to their search for appropriate, safe and stimulating toys for babies. After much research, they created playful products that are soft, cuddly and functional. From teddy bears to bunny rabbits to monkeys and other fun-shaped toys, each boldly colored red, black and white Rumple Buddie product is flat, machine washable and crinkles softly to capture a baby’s attention.

In addition to her highly successful toy venture, Ms. Nathanson is active with Oneness University, a spiritual school in India, where she studies with monks. She is also involved with WIT and enjoys Tai Chai during her free time. Ms. Nathanson is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as The Leaf Program through the Jewish Foundation.

For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching her position with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Nathanson is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
