During the day, Ms. Swaminathan is the Director of Administration for a McDonald’s franchisee. Her areas of expertise are in accounting and sales. Ms. Swaminathan received her Bachelor’s degree in those areas from her native country, India. She also excels at leadership training and recruiting and has used her skills as she manages staff, recruits new talent and oversees all financial transactions of the franchise.
Also an Entrepreneur, Ms. Swaminathan is the Owner of AVON Boutique by Neeta. As a highly successful Independent Avon Sales Representative, she helps women feel and look their best. She has built and maintained a thriving business while steadfastly adhering to the iconic company’s core values and principles. As evidence of her commitment to excellence, Ms. Swaminathan has achieved President's Club status for Avon Sales in less than one year. Her latest goal is to reach the next level of recognition for outstanding sales, the Avon Honor Society.
