“I’m pleased to welcome Cassondra into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “She is a great example of how education and passion can lead to new pathways to success.”
Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed, Cassondra Ewing is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her career goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. In college, Ms. Ewing started working at Sam’s
Club Home Office. After two years, she was transferred to merchandising and began working for a buyer. “From that point on, I was hooked,” she said.
In October of 2014, Ms. Ewing retired from Walmart after 23 years of service. During her tenure, she was responsible for the buyers and several cross-functional team members. Ms. Ewing is now consulting, enjoying some family time and addressing her newest passion, which is to help women executives reach their next level of growth.
Ms. Ewing is also currently a Senior Principal at Arvense Group.
