NAPW Inducts Patricia Cunningham, B.S., Vice President – Operation Business Systems, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) February 23, 2016 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Patricia Cunningham as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in management. With a 25-plus-year career at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Patricia Cunningham has worked her way up from her initial position as Billing Coordinator. Steadily climbing the corporate ladder, she became Director of the Billing Department, followed by a position as Senior Director, and ultimately, Vice President in 2013.
“My skills and areas of expertise include designing billing software, lease negotiations and tenant billings,” said Ms. Cunningham. “I manage an Excel portfolio of billings for 15,000 tenants.”

Ms. Cunningham’s life is not only filled with work-related activities – she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Tennessee Temple University, and applies her love of music and theatre on a volunteer basis. She is Director of the Handbell Choir and Ladies Ensemble at Grace Baptist Church and Academy, and has worked as Musical / Orchestra Director and Producer for Humble Swan Productions community theatre.
