National Association of Professional Women Inducts Virginia Phillips, Founder and Business Coach, into VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) October 04, 2017 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Virginia Phillips as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to welcome Virginia into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
Virginia Phillips was a successful human resource professional when a serious car accident forced her to stop working. After 1,278 days of physical therapy, she was told she would not be able to work again, but that never stopped her. “I didn’t survive this car accident to sit on the couch,” said Ms. Phillips. “I quickly transferred what I was doing for corporate America to my own coaching business.”
Ms. Phillips founded The Academy of Entrepreneurial Excellence using her skills and expertise in communications and leadership. She explains, “I am a Business Coach, guiding start-up service-based entrepreneurs to increase their pro table opportunities and success by leading, communicating efficiently, and developing business plans and systems. I draw out the best in my clients and guide them to new levels of success through my dream, create and pro t strategies.”
Although she has physical limitations due to injuries she sustained, Ms. Phillips thrives and is rewarded by watching her clients reach their professional goals. Her future plans are to continue coaching and to share her expertise and inspiring tale of perseverance through speaking and her soon-to-be published book, "Yes, You Can! Your Roadmap to Dream, Create and Profit."
“I want to inspire people to reach for success by sharing my story and perspective from the stage, and by scaling my coaching business for new entrepreneurs by using cutting-edge systems, tools, and online learning platforms,” said Ms. Phillips. “My book will be released later this year and I will be launching the ‘Yes, You Can with Virginia Phillips’ podcast soon.”
