With more than 20 years of experience working across a variety of industries, Ms.Gleason has honed her skills in a number of key areas including IT, data management, documentation, business solutions, process improvement and project management. Nearly two years ago, Ms. Gleason, who has a M.B.A. from Youngstown State University, made the bold leap to entrepreneurship and established The Information Tamer.
Focusing on mostly mid-to-large businesses, Ms. Gleason’s specialty is helping companies operate more efficiently. She is particularly interested in assisting women entrepreneurs, and works with many as they establish, transition and grow their companies. In the near future, Ms. Gleason hopes to develop a “toolkit” for business owners, with all of the necessary documents and resources needed to start a business. “I also want to put together a consortium of individuals, from sales people to engineers, who all work collectively as a group to assist business owners.”
