The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Renita Charrlin as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Ms. Charrlin is an accomplished and sought-after expert in the areas of human resources and global relocation management. Over the course of her 30-year career, she has successfully taken on roles as business consultant, owner and leader at various global relocation companies.

In 2012, Ms. Charrlin became the CEO of HR & Relo Advisors, a company providing a comprehensive suite of human resources and global relocation business consulting services. “As CEO, my skills and areas of expertise include leadership, global workforce mobility and relocation policy, supplier procurement and performance,” said Ms. Charrlin.

Using her well-honed skills and knowledge of customized, project-based human resources and relocation in the areas of strategic planning, policy, procurement and performance, Ms. Charrlin guarantees the efficient and seamless execution of her company’s provided services. To date, she has effectively led an entire team of top-notch subject-matter experts dedicated to fulfilling each client’s unique relocation needs.

Ms. Charrlin keeps pace with the exciting changes that accompany the evolution of her profession through her memberships with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Worldwide ERC (Employee Relocation Council).
